1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or product launches), processing times may be slightly extended — but we’ll always do our best to get your items to you quickly!

4. Order Tracking
Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website or by using the link in your shipping confirmation email.
5. Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@snugleap.com.
We will do our best to investigate and resolve the issue.
Please note: Snugleap is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
6. Customs & Duties (For Canadian Orders)
Canadian orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We can only change your shipping address before the order is fulfilled.
