At Snugleap, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on unused, unworn, and undamaged items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in original condition
  • Must include all tags and packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required

Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, hair accessories (e.g. hair clips, scrunchies, headbands) are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective.

2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at hello@snugleap.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return
  • A brief reason for the return

If your return is approved, we will provide further instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please email us within 5 days of receiving the order with:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue

We will gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund depending on the situation.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Used or worn products
  • Custom or limited edition items
  • Hair accessories (for hygiene reasons)
