We ship from both the United States and Canada, depending on product availability and your delivery location.
This allows us to offer faster shipping and minimize customs delays.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
We offer free standard shipping on:

  • U.S. orders over $40 USD
  • Canadian orders over CA$50

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
After shipping, estimated delivery times are:

  • U.S.: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 4–8 business days

Your order will ship from the nearest available location for faster delivery.


Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order is shipped.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original packaging, unless otherwise stated as final sale.


How do I request a return?

Simply email hello@snugleap.com with your order number and reason for return.
If eligible, we’ll provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.


Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return eligible items and place a new order separately.


What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please email us within 5 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
